Corona Virus: Advice For New & Existing Voucher Holders
The words 'Corona' and 'Virus' seem to be on everyone's lips. We're all quite rightly worried.
At Great Driving Days we recognise this might make you reluctant to get out and about. Including to enjoy drives in our fleet of cars. So we're taking steps to help anyone who already has a voucher for our driving experiences. As well as those who want to buy one.

Extended 2020 Season
To enable customers to book experiences and avoid disappointment, we've extended our 2020 season. We've also added more dates so that we can increase capacity by over 30%. This means there are thousands more time slots available for all driving experiences. To find out more and redeem your voucher, click here.
2021 Dates Announced
Some customers have told us that it may be difficult for them to rearrange their experiences during 2020. So alongside extending vouchers by 6 months we've brought forward the release of our 2021 dates. You can now book 2021 experiences online here. In line with Government advice, we have operating remotely for a further three weeks. Our phone line - 01527 893733 - is still manned as well as our emails. You can reach us using email@example.com. However, we are dealing with a lot of calls and emails so please bear in mind that it may take us a little longer to respond to you.
New & Existing Vouchers Automatically Extended For Six Months
We will automatically extend any voucher bought directly from us between now and the end of June 2020 by 6 months. So you can enjoy your experience any time from the day you buy it for the next 18 months.
It's just a small way in which we hope to make life a little easier.
The 6 months extension applies to all vouchers including 60 minute experiences, road trips and daily hire. It is part of our wider response to the Corona Virus, which includes the option to cancel and rebook dates without penalty. You can read about that here.
If you already have a voucher bought directly from us we will automatically extend it by 3 months. You don't need to contact us to confirm that but if you do have any questions then please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01527 893733.
We are running Daily Hire Experiences now. From 1st July we will be running all Classic Taster as well. Road Trips will begin from 10th July.
If you have an experience booked before those dates we will contact you to rearrange without cost. If your experience is booked after those dates then our normal Terms & Conditions apply.

We will be adding extra dates to our 2020 schedule and extending our season to accommodate all rescheduled experiences.
The current status of booked experiences is below. If you have a Virgin Experiences voucher please note that the company has cancelled all experiences booked until the end of June. If your voucher expires before the end of June please visit https://www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk/myvoucher to extend your voucher by 6 months free of charge.

Where we have to cancel your date you will have the option to rebook at any time within the next 12 months.
If we have not already contacted you to cancel your experience and you are concerned about attending your experience and wish to cancel it, please contact us on email@example.com or call 01527 893733. You will be able to rebook for a later date at no cost or consequence. You can choose to do that now or once the crisis is over.

Third Party Vouchers: Use It, Don't Lose It
If you have a voucher for one of our experiences issued by a third party - such as Red Letter Days - and think it may expire before you can use it, please contact us too. We can ensure you get your experience rather than allowing it to expire unused.
