COVID Update: 21st September

What a year it has been, hasn't it?
Our phones have been busy today with customers concerned about the potential impact of the possible changes to the Government's COVID response. Although, at the time of writing, the Government, hasn't made any firm announcements, it seems that some further restrictions are likely.
Our position is the same as it has always been: customer safety and health come first. That's why we adhere to the hospitality industry's Good To Go standard and we have taken extensive measures to reduce the risk. Like creating videos and advice guides that cut down the time we spend talking to you.
Our classic driving experiences remain a particularly safe way to escape your four walls. But if you are worried about the impact of COVID on your driving experience, please get in touch. We also have a Chat function on our website, but please bear in mind we cannot share personal information that way.
Voucher Extensions Are Back
If you want to change your experience date due to COVID, we'll do that free of charge for you. You don't need to pick a new date now - wait until you're ready.
We're also reintroduced our voucher extensions - so if you have one of our vouchers we'll extend it automatically by 6 months for you. You don't need to get in touch to do this - consider it done.
As well as your own concerns about COVID, there are a couple of ways that Government restrictions may prevent you having your experience. Firstly, you may be unable to travel to us due to local restrictions - for example, Wales has locked down several counties. If that happens, let us know as soon as possible and you can cancel and rebook free of charge.
Secondly, we may not be able to operate due to a local lockdown or new Government restrictions. If that happens and it affects your experience, we will contact you. If we need to cancel your experience because this has happened, you will be able to rearrange it without penalty at a time to suit you.
