Keeping Customers Safe

The Government's easing of lockdown restrictions means that we are now planning to get the show firmly back on the road. Which means providing great cars for great drives.
We have been continuously updated our guidance for customers, which you can read here. It covers how to use your voucher and when we're reopening (1st July).
This post covers the procedures we're putting in place to keep you and our staff safe. When you come to drive one of our cars it is very important that you observe these rules - we may not be able to release the car if you don't.
It's important that you read them. Because they place a requirement on you to check some of our online resources before you arrive to drive our cars.

Before You Hire
We've developed ways to minimise contact between you and our staff when you hire the car. To work this involves a little homework before you collect the car.
We have produced a series of films and advice guides that mean we don't need to spend as much time handing over the car to you when you arrive. Please take the time to watch and read these. if you're unsure of anything you've read you can email us at email@example.com or use the Chat function on this website at any time.
The professionally produced Car Films are designed to help familiarise you with driving a classic car - even if you own one or have driven one recently, please take time to read them. You may find that our cars are different or have quirks that are new to you.
If you experience any symptoms of the COVID virus please call us to cancel - at any time. You can then rearrange at any time during 2020 and 2021. We will not penalise you for doing this.

The individual Car Advice Guides give you detailed instructions on driving each of our cars. Please take the time to familiarise yourself or, better still, print them off and bring them with you.

When You Hire
When you arrive for your driving experience - including all Classic Tasters, Road Trips and Daily Hire - we will take steps to minimise the risk to you. These steps are:
1. Cars deep cleaned each week
2. Vehicle touch points (steering wheel, door handles, controls, gear lever etc) wiped before and after every hire
3. Staff will wear masks and gloves
4. Hand sanitiser on site for customers and staff
5. 2 metres distancing at all times
6. Please complete your paperwork BEFORE you arrive to minimise contact with staff
We will ask you to observe some simple social distancing rules.
1. Please keep 2 metres distance at all times
2. If you have a mask, please bring it and wear it
3. Please use the hand sanitiser we provide before and after your hire
4. Please be aware that our staff are friendly and happy to chat - but this may not be so easy under the current guidance
